Pre-Litigation Associate Attorney

We are currently in search of a proactive, goal-oriented plaintiff’s attorney who pays attention to detail. Ideal candidates will boast impressive academic achievements and possess over 3 years of experience handling pre-litigation personal injury and car accident cases.
The ideal candidate for Pound Law should exhibit a genuine passion for personal injury/insurance law, possess strong analytical abilities, and demonstrate exceptional communication skills. This attorney will advocate vigorously for their clients, showcasing adept negotiating prowess and the capacity to manage their caseload independently. Pound Law provides a professional and supportive workplace environment, bolstered by a dedicated assistant team, and offers a competitive compensation and benefits package.

Personal Injury Call Center Rep
Pound Law, a personal injury law firm, is currently in search of an Intake Specialist. This position entails being part of the primary contact team for prospective clients. Exceptional phone etiquette, sales proficiency, professionalism, and empathy for clients are essential qualities for this role.
At Pound Law, responsibilities encompass answering phone inquiries, confirming details, and demonstrating empathy towards potential clients. Desired skills and qualifications include strong verbal communication, adept phone handling, attentive listening, proficient data entry, excellent interpersonal skills, customer focus, attention to detail, professionalism, multitasking ability, time management, adeptness in relationship building, and proficiency in overcoming objections.
